We operate through three subsidiaries, Commodities, Contractors, and Oil and Gas, spanning agriculture and minerals, infrastructure and construction, and integrated energy services.
Equinorth Commodities
Equinorth Commodities is a vertically integrated commodities platform covering agricultural production, food processing, storage infrastructure, logistics, and global trade. The subsidiary is involved in producing, preserving, packaging, storing, importing, exporting, and distributing agricultural and food products, supported by warehousing assets such as silos, depots, and cold chain systems. It also operates logistics and haulage services, fertilizer and agro input distribution, mechanized farming, poultry and husbandry, and the importation of agricultural equipment.
Beyond agriculture, the business extends into mining and mineral resources, including extraction and trading of metals and precious stones, while functioning as a general merchant and international trading arm supplying consumables and industrial goods across multiple sectors.
Equinorth Contractors
Equinorth Contractors functions as a multidisciplinary contracting and procurement business providing general supplies, international trade, logistics, and complex infrastructure delivery. Its scope spans procurement services, warehousing, distribution, e commerce solutions, and telecommunications supply and installation, including network infrastructure and equipment deployment. The subsidiary executes building construction and civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, housing, hospitals, offices, and industrial facilities, alongside real estate development and property management.
It also operates in power and electrical installations, solar and inverter systems, CCTV, and street lighting, while supplying, leasing, and servicing heavy machinery, earth moving equipment, and industrial vehicles, positioning it as a full cycle contractor rather than a narrow works provider.
Equinorth Oil and Gas
Equinorth Oil and Gas operates across the full petroleum and energy value chain, including crude oil and gas prospecting, exploration, production, refining, storage, transportation, and marketing. The subsidiary trades and distributes petroleum products such as petrol, diesel, kerosene, lubricants, LNG, and LPG, while owning and operating storage facilities, tank farms, and retail infrastructure. It supplies and installs oil and gas prospecting, refining, LNG, and LPG processing equipment, and functions as an independent petroleum marketer and downstream operator.
In parallel, the business extends into power and renewable energy through solar and clean energy projects, heavy equipment leasing, and energy infrastructure services, positioning the subsidiary for both traditional hydrocarbons and energy transition opportunities.
