Adekunle Ogundipe is a seasoned banking and regulatory compliance professional with over 19 years of experience driving operational excellence within Nigeria’s financial sector.
During his career at Ecobank Nigeria Ltd, he excelled in Branch business management and led high-impact initiatives across BVN regulatory compliance, KYC monitoring, and AML reporting while overseeing compliance support to over 300 branches nationwide. He was also actively involved in multiple Core banking application transition projects.
His expertise spans customer service delivery, quality assurance, process automation RPA, regulatory monitoring, and reporting. He was a key team member of the bank’s academy, participating in extensive staff training that led to an increase in staff productivity.
Adekunle holds an MBA with specialization in Management from the University of Lagos and a B.Sc. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is professionally certified in multiple courses, including Agile Leadership and International Trade and Finance, reflecting his commitment to continuous growth.
